Terms of Use

By downloading or using Cento (the "App"), published by Waikuu, you agree to these Terms of Use (EULA).

1. License

Waikuu grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Purchases

The App is free to download. It offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("Cento Pro") that unlocks additional features. This purchase is managed by Apple through your App Store account, and payment is charged upon purchase confirmation.

Cento Pro is a one-time purchase: there is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Once unlocked, the features remain available, and the purchase can be restored on your eligible devices through Apple's "Restore Purchases" and Family Sharing mechanisms. Refunds are handled solely by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to extract its source code, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual property

The App and all of its content remain the exclusive property of Waikuu.

5. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Waikuu shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from its use.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access in case of breach of these terms.
